We are often encouraged to reach higher, to take more, to prove ourselves ready for what comes next. Many already do - balancing leadership, care, responsibility, and expectation with practiced grace. The hats accumulate accordingly.
If there is a gap, it may not be ambition at all, but the remarkable distance between what people carry and what the world still asks them to provide.
